So you want CCP to fix your teammates? I run solo often. In a militia dropsuit with a GEK assault. You have seen Michael Arck's name at the number 10 spot and then other times you seen me at the number 1 spot.
Shouldn't you try talking with your teammates? Again, this is a teammate problem, not CCP's

OK you over there oh right dead, hey over there oh crap again dead. Ya tried it, most don't have mics or here's one they do not speak English. This game is world wide so not everyone speaks English and would not want them too because then life would be boring. What I am saying is do you expect a team of newbies to be able to stop a couple of squads of protos, ya on what planet. Call in a tank gone, call in airship gone, red lined into extinction. Rinse and repeat for 12 matches. Communication is part of it but when your team is just learning which end of the AR to point at the enemy don't expect much.
Don't be silly. There's nothing wrong with attempting to communicate with your team. If you call out someone's name, they will listen to what you have to say as long as you aren't shouting obscenities.
Someone has to do it. Someone has to step up and say something or these noobs aren't going to learn. And not all of em are officially noobs either.
Make the best of what you have...
And like I've said, I've ran with my farmer fit (Milita dropsuit/GEK) and had no trouble winning close battles with a team full of noobs. Some battles are landslides, but some can be won on the willpower of one alone. |

I remember playing with blueberries in a game of Ambush. It's was down to the wire; they had 14 clones and we had 9. The battle was a tug of war in the second half. Wanting to win such a close battle, I quickly got on the microphone and spoke.
"C'mon guys, we got 9 clones and they got 14. They are not that far away and we can win this. Just stay alive. Place your shots"
It seemed as if the team was listening because I saw only two of our guys fall but the opposing teams numbers were dwindling fast. In our team's excitement, they began pushing forward, looking to hammer on the respawning mercs. They in kind responded to them, putting down some of our guys.
Meanwhile, I'm running like a mad man to flank them. It's our only chance. No one is flanking. And everybody is paying attention to the choke point. I got on the mic again with desperation
"Hey c'mon guys, if we flank them left or right we got this. We can do this"
One merc out of the whole team responded. He must have seen me flanking left for I saw him appear at the bottom of my screen. Him and I concentrated fire on the group, laying the opposition down quickly. It's like they didn't even know what hit them. 6 of their last clones fell while our team was able to hold onto 3 clones.
I darn near launched out of my chair! I kept telling the guy who flanked with me, he was the man. And he was. He rolled with me and we were able to lay down some fire that subdued our enemies which I believe helped us win. We were the two to pull it off. Without his help, what needed to be done couldn't have been
So yea, it might seem like it won't work or its pointless but try talking with your team. You never know. |

Some battles are landslides, but some can be won on the willpower of one alone. Please, please sir can I have what your taking it sounds awesome. Not trying to be a pain in the arse but the issue is not communication. It is matchmaking. Here is an example you might understand you are a lvl3 Elf Mage and you and your party are decent fighters all lvl3, but would you think it logical if you went and took on a LVL 68 Ice Dragon or a LVL 56 Rock troll. Um no, as you can tell I have no idea about trolls and dragons but what I am trying to do is make a point. You have to level the game so you are not running into this. Make the game so you can compete and have fun at the same time. Have I made my point yet. Communication means squat if half of your team is dead or running for there lives as they are being proto stomped into oblivion.
I might understand? So what's so hard to understand that you're a softy who gets beat on by protos? What's hard to understand that you blame noobs who have no knowledge of the game and the poor matchmaking? Really, what's hard to understand about that? And what's so hard to understand about my post that expresses perseverance, working with the shortcomings that you have...to adapt and overcome? While the matchmaking system may need to be worked to balance out players, yet and still, the mighty has fallen by the proposed weak. It is not impossible to overcome the seemingly impossible odds with a little coordination, discipline, patience, wisdom and battle field awareness.
I will say this again. I have ran solo on numerous occasions and with noobs...and we have won many battles. Sometimes it takes team encouragement on a microphone. Sometimes it takes pointing enemy locations. Sometimes it takes keeping yourself alive and making a goal to kill 6 or 7 before death.
TL:DR? Adapt and overcome...quit your crying...there's always a way to win |

These games are permanent redline fests adapt and overcome, htfu all the gibberish people spout - game is broke. CCP admits game is broke. They are trying to improve matchmaking. Wont work because of the ISK mechanic. People dont want to lose isk. They die one or two times drop down to weaker gear and get beat down more. Its an RPG we should be playing in better gear. The paranoia of people losing / hording ISK is breaking the RPG element.
Yea cause there's no possible way you can coordinate with noobs. And what I say just can't happen. It's just scientifically impossible. |

I just don't understand when I'm running solo, in milita gear with a GEK and coming in at the top five. If you're losing for 12 games consistently, YOU are terrible. |

You have to have brain damage to not understand what I am trying to say. So I am going to end this before someones feelings get hurt. If you cant comprehend what I am saying then you lack the communication skills. You cant speak someone back to life ok, so your gun-ho mentality means jack. I am looking out for the community as a whole not just a few matches you dim witted child, what I am saying is there has to be line drawn so a new player is not thrown into the lions den, can you understand that one or did the communication not come across right. I make you a 10 million dollar bet right here and now. You get 15 newberries and yourself, militai gear only and I will get myself with 15 proto stomping bad mofo's with heavy armored tanks and we will meet in ambush and you can communicate all you want as we slaughter you and them up and down the damn board you freakin moron.
That's why you talk to them before they're dead you Einstein. And Calvin B, I've seen your work on the field, you're not that great. I've laid you down a couple of times.
Now you want to make bets? LOL you're corny as ever Cal |

You're arguing with yourself Cal. I merely tried to help break your 12 game losing streak. Ya big baby. I hope you do remember my name or at least the kill screen will be a helpful reminder |
